I am sorry, but I can´t see any intention in here.
Sure, he is not the kind of a teamplayer and pretty much a disadvantage concerning teamplay, but that is not a reason to get banned. Going afk in the end, that could be a reason to ban if it was intentionally to make you lose, but unless that is confirmed, we can hardly take any action (could have been some rl emergency). If he does that repeatedly, I would like you to upload other replays showing he does, otherwise if it was just this 1 time, I will leave this with a warning for him.
