IP Ban request for a well known game ruiner

Hello,

In this particular game, player named admiralscottfag (he explains his issue with AdmiralScott in the chat, watch the replay~!) insults, tries to kick, eventually buys a black pearl and feeds it straight into enemy main. Also threatens to "ruin all my games"

This is not first time behavior, I have met this same player under different name before. I am asking for IP ban, otherwise he will simply make another account and keep stalking and ruining games.
